CM&D served as the Owner’s Advisor Project and Construction Manager for the development of the 7-star Blackadore Caye luxury resort located on a private island within the Belize Barrier Reef in Belize. The 104-acre island features 48 estate homes, 40 suites, 28 hotel villas and amenity villages and will include some of the world’s most unique and significant architecture.
