CM&D served as the Owner’s Advisor Project and Construction Manager for the construction of Wailea Beach Villas, an exclusive luxury retreat located on 11 acres in Wailea, on the island of Maui. The resort includes 98 single and multi-family residential units, ranging in size from 1,800 to 3,100 SF with two and three-bedroom floor plans.
