The Project consists of a 25-story, residential condominium tower with 140 luxury units. The amenities include 24/7 concierge and self-service package lockers, onsite resident storage, a lounge, a fitness center, and shared amenities within the podium building consisting of parking, car charging stations, bocce court and a swimming pool. The building was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
