CM&D served as the Owner’s Advisor Project and Construction Manager for the construction of Phase 3 of the Marriott Grand Chateau. The tower consists of a 37-story timeshare condominium with 223 guest villas of one, two and three-bedroom designs. The tower also includes guest amenities, elevated parking and associated support, and circulation spaces.
