CM&D served as the Owner’s Advisor Project and Construction Manager for the construction of Ka Makana Ali’i Shopping Mall, Phase 1 located in Kapolei, on the island of Oahu. The 1,400,000 SF mall includes a Hampton Inn & Suites and a state-of-the-art 8-plex Consolidated Theatres with wall-to-wall screens, premium luxury recliner seating, TITAN XC, and Dolby ATMOS sound system.
