The Chicago Grand Pier is a 1.6 million square feet development project, featuring 583 condominium units, 480 hotel keys, 1,900 parking spaces and over 94,000 square feet of retail space and public areas. CM&D was retained by Lehman Brothers after their co-developer failed during the early stages of construction. CM&D assumed overall responsibility of the design and construction for the project.
