Espen Segal has a highly diversified background that encompasses both architectural and construction services from project inception through production, administration, and management. Mr. Segal has worked on numerous project types including new construction, landmark restoration, mixed-use, hospitality, high end residential and corporate interiors and has experience with both union and non-union construction in New York City.
Mr. Segal is currently a Managing Director at CM&D, overseeing multiple teams on projects in New York City, from ground-up high rise hospitality to ground-up high end condominiums. His day-to-day responsibilities include overall management of the pre-construction process between the consultants, the General Contractor and Ownership, as well as their equity partners and lending institutions. Other responsibilities include the direct project-specific management and oversight of procurements and purchasing, from scheduling and scoping through interviewing, leveling and awards.
