Lender’s Advisor Services
We provide comprehensive services for lenders, capital markets, and equity investors, acting in their best interests and as an extension of their teams. We conduct plan and cost assessments prior to loan closings, as well as ongoing oversight services for new construction and major renovation real estate projects. Our support continues through the completion of construction and/or loan repayment.

Construction Loan Monitoring
We go beyond typical Construction Loan Monitoring services; in addition to ensuring adherence to a borrower’s schedule, budget, and approved plans, we are available to our clients around-the-clock to answer any questions or concerns. We regularly provide our clients with comprehensive and detailed updates and meet with them to make sure everything is on track and their investments are protected. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Contractors’ daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress report reviews
- Change order (and proposed change order) log reviews
- Borrower’s disbursement request reviews
- General contractor payment application reviews
- Monthly site visit(s)
- Certificate of occupancy and notice of substantial completion reviews
- General contractor’s certificate of insurance coverage reviews
